Helping families help the people they love most.
From facilitated alcohol or drug interventions through one-time family consultations, my services have been developed to meet you and your loved one where you’re at.
You can explore your options in more detail below, or simply book a free consultation call for help determining the most appropriate solution to your situation.
A professionally-directed, family-facilitated approach to help your loved one see the negative effects of their substance use.
Family Interventions use a proven invitational approach, where we present your loved one with an invitation for them to receive help and make changes from a place of empathy and care. Interventions include end-to-end professional support, from thorough preparation to ongoing support and aftercare.
For some families, a facilitated intervention isn’t necessarily the best step.
Family Coaching allows you to learn how to take better care of yourself and your family, while simultaneously encouraging your loved one to accept treatment. Through a series of coaching sessions, you’ll learn to identify your loved one’s triggers, stay grounded in your values, communicate effectively, and break unhelpful patterns.
Sometimes all you need is a single session to bring clarity and peace-of-mind to your family’s current situation.
Family Consultations can help you set up and fine tune your approach to a specific issue or conversation you are planning. Bring your questions and book a one-time (or a few) scheduled consultation session.
